Four Phase Product Development Service to get your idea in Production
Industrial Design
The Industrial Design team goes to work after meeting with the client. The work will generate concept sketches, configurations, analysis, ergonomic, and preliminary engineering for component assembly. Concepts are evaluated by the client and refined on their feedback to produce a final design
Engineering
The Mechanical Engineering team takes the design and develops a 3-Dimensional CAD (computer-aided design) model of the product. This model will contains all of the functional features and tolerances necessary for prototyping
Prototype
The prototyping process involves producing functional full scale models of the product using various rapid prototype processes. The prototype will be evaluated for functionality and overall form. Engineering revisions may be required to achieve optimal functionality
Production
We work with our contracted manufacturing facilities both domestically and abroad to procure quality components. We run both low and high volume production assembly lines
